Peter Buck joins David and Chris as a Partner/Director of TLL. Congratulations Peter!

03/03/2009:: David Lucas Awarded
David Lucas has been awarded 'The Diploma in Charity Accounting' by ICAEW and joins Peter amongst the few people in the country who have acheived this recognition.
01/04/2008:: Incorporation
On the 1st April the partners decided to incorporate the practice within the company 'TLL Accountants Limited'.
The practice will continue to trade under the name Turpin Lucas Lees.
30/07/2007:: Aquisition of Howson Green Accountants
The partners are pleased to announce the aquisition of Howson Green Accountants of 440 Whalley New Road in Blackburn.
Trevor Howson and Colin Green established this practice in 1973 and in the intervening period have developed an impressive and varied client base predominantly in the East Lancashire area.
We are grateful to Trevor who has agreed to stay active in the practice for the next few months to assist with the handover, before he leaves to persue another business interest.
Thankfully Colin wishes to continue to operate in the same capacity albeit for only 3 days per week.

01/05/2007:: Andrew Turpin retires
On the 1st May Andrew retired as a partner of the practice after just over 21years of dedicated service to many individuals and businesses in the local area. The remaining partners and staff wish him a long, healthy and enjoyable retirement during which he will no doubt pursue his hobbies of walking, holidaying and watching his beloved Sunderland FC.
Andrew will still periodically attend the practice on a consultancy basis to deal with several of his longer standing clients.

The ICAEW has introduced a new brand mark which features traditional elements from the Institute coat of arms redesigned in a contemporary style.

09/12/2005:: TLL Accountant's new offices
The partners are pleased to announce the completion of our new office facility at Hesketh Bank, Preston. This represents a major investment in the future of the practice and we are sure it will be a significant improvement for our clients, our staff (and the partners!). The attached before, during and after photographs describe the work undertaken between May and December 2005. Quite a remarkable achievement in the six months. Our thanks must go to the builders Holland Construction Limited for the excellent workmanship, to the other contractors involved (too many to mention here but you know who you are) and of course, to our staff for their patience and professionalism during the upheaval.

This is intended to recognise the contributions of Andrew, David and Chris to the growth in size of the practice over the past 5 years.
