Strategic finance for Investment in England (SFI)

A new grant has been introduced by the DTI. This is to provide assistance towards capital expenditure for SMEs located in defined areas. Businesses in Merseyside can obtain grants of up to 35%. Businesses in some parts of Lancashire and Cheshire can obtain grants of up to 15%.

The intention of the grant is that it helps fund new investment projects that lead to long-term improvement in productivity, skills and employment. There is a minimum threshold for applications of £10,000 grant. Our consultancy division can assist in obtaining this grant for eligible clients. Please contact Chris Lees for further information.
